|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live Even better staff — I recently moved to Madison from Michigan, and the staff at 700 East was extremely professional and nice from the very first time I had contacted them The entire process from application to move in was quick and as stress free as it could be since moving to a different state is a little complicated. I love my new apartment and would recommend Palisade Properties to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

|Recommended: YesI love living here — The apartments are beautiful and spacious All appliances are brand new, the staff is very helpful, and the other residents are friendly. By far my favorite part of the property is the amazing rooftop, which has an excellent view of the Capitol building and yard games If there's one thing I would change, it would be the workout room, which I know is confined to a small room, so I am unsure if it is possible to make larger.

There were multiple times when I was able to work with the staff, including Elizabeth and Shanice to come to a mutually advantageous result. They were responsive and creative in finding ways to make me comfortable, and keep me as a tenant longer than originally planned.
The place was nice. It suited me and my sister well. There were extra niceties such as candy bars and dog biscuits in the lobby, to a nicely tended herb garden on the deck, where my sister would often cut some herbs for our cooking.
The location is great, and I would recommend it.
The only thing I would change was hearing people up on the roof directly above, playing corn hole. It was a little annoying at times. But, it didn't offset what was a very good stay for us.

|Recommended: YesClean, well-managed, pleasant place to live in a great location. — All maintenance requests have been handled quickly, management is always quick to reply to any questions I have and are overall very helpful. Appliances are all new and high quality. Location is a short walk to Madison Part and the Capitol, making it a great location but I've never been bothered by street noise. Amazing experience so far.

|Recommended: YesModern and Comfortable Living — Great amenities for an amazing value -- downtown Madison, just a 10 minute walk from the capitol building Spacious floorplans with large kitchens are sure to suit the needs of all tenants.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, awesome location and great living arrangements — Super nice modern apartment, great kitchen and big rooms. In the 3 bedroom layout one room is smaller than the other two, but I imagine that is standard with most apartments, and even then the smaller room is certainly not too small. The outdoor patio is a bit small, but we don't use it much anyway because of Wisconsin weather. Would prefer to have curtains as opposed to plastic blinds on the patio door, but when the rest of the apartment is great I can't help but nitpick. Underground parking is an underrated luxury, and free parking is available on the street.
Overall I love living here and do not regret signing here, especially considering the nightmares I dealt with in my previous apartments. I would highly recommend 700 East to anyone looking for a place to live in downtown Madison.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice — The landlord is very nice and speedy with replying to issues. The property is lovely and the shared areas are great. The only issue I have noticed is there is the front door is really bad at blocking sound. I can hear everything happening all the way down the hall by my front door.
